Massage Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes schedule changes are unavoidable, therefore I have the following cancellation policy in place:
The 30€ deposit when you are making the online booking is not refundable. But you can reschedule 48h before the booking by clicking on the reschedule link at the email confirmation, or writing to haolongyin@gmail.com.
Cancellation Notice:
* I require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of your massage appointment.
* Failure to provide the required notice will result in a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Fees:
* Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice and 24 hour before the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
* Cancellation made with less than 24 hour before the scheduled time will be charged 100% of the price.
* "No-shows" (failure to attend your appointment without any notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
How to Cancel or Reschedule:
* You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by emailing haolongyin@gmail.com
* Using the online booking system with the link in your confirmation email
Late Arrivals:
* If you arrive late for your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate you. However, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients.
* You will still be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
Exceptions:
* In cases of genuine emergencies or illness, I may waive the cancellation fee at my discretion. I ask that you contact me by email as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
Payment:
* Cancellation fees will be charged by bank transfer. I will send the invoice to your email address.
